Printer Profile

Printer profiles are stored in printers to represent their identity for IT administrators. Use the Printer Profile dialog box when:


Device Location	Enter a location or region for the printer.
Device User Role	Enter a user role for the printer.
Additional Printer Description	Enter any other distinguishing features to better identify the printer.
