Creating an Alert Rule
About this task
To create an alert rule:
Procedure
- On the appropriate platform tab, select the Rules tab.
- Right-click Alerts and select Create Alert Rule.
- Follow the instructions of the Create Alert Rule wizard - see Alert Rules.
Results
When an alert is triggered, it appears on the Alerts tab, where you can review, acknowledge and close it.
