Unlocking Users

About this task

To unlock a user account that was previously locked:

Procedure

  1. Select Users and Permissions from the main menu.
  2. In the left pane, select the Users tab.
  3. Right-click the required (locked) user in the left pane.
  4. From the context menu, select Unlock to open the Unlock User dialog box (see Unlock User).
  5. In the Unlock Reason field, type a reason for unlocking the user account.
  6. Click Unlock.
