Remote Controlling macOS Devices

About this task

SOTI MobiControl comes with a predefined profile named Remote Control for macOS that enables you to remote control a macOS device. This profile is assigned by default to devices in the My Company device group or any group under it.

To remote control a macOS device:

Procedure

Ensure that the macOS device is enrolled in SOTI MobiControl and is updated with the latest macOS agent.
If the macOS device is not in the My Company device group or any group under it, assign the Remote Control for macOS profile to the macOS device you want to remote control.
On the macOS device, the user must grant permission for SOTI MobiControl to perform screen recording.

Results

You should now be able to remote control the macOS device.
