Troubleshooting Device Issues

SOTI MobiControl provides several troubleshooting aids for diagnosing and solving issues on your devices. For minor issues, you can attempt the tried and true method of 'turning it off and on again' using a device action. You can also review data collected through one of the available monitoring options. Finally, you can remote control or remote view the device to examine the issue directly.
