High-Availability Deployment

To improve high availability or scalability, you can load balance SOTI Cloud Link Agent communication using a high-availability SOTI Cloud Link Agent cluster configuration. With SOTI Cloud Link Agent version 4.0, the high-availability deployment implementation does not require a physical load balancer, instead SOTI Cloud Link Agents are used in high-availability active-active cluster configuration to achieve load balancing and redundancy. In this topology, the SOTI ONE application and the SOTI Cloud Link Agent cluster communicate with the same SOTI Cloud Link Broker installed on the SOTI instance.
