Device Logs
SOTI MobiControl logs a significant amount of device activity data. The Device Information panel consolidates the information and provides an overview of your devices' health and status information. The logs record device and system events for a device over the past 24 hours. More comprehensive log information on all devices and the system are available in the system logs.
SOTI MobiControl categorizes logs into one of three severity levels: Information, Warning, and Error. Each log consists of a brief description of the event, a timestamp and the source of the event. You can filter logs by severity level or the source of the log and you can download log files to your computer. Certain log types are specific to particular devices. Depending on the selected device, some options might not be available.

Device Agent Activity | Retrieves information on device agent activity. Supported on all devices enrolled with a device agent. |
Device Security | Retrieves security logs from devices the last request and reboot. Supported on Android Enterprise Work Managed devices only. |
Device Pre-Reboot | Retrieves security logs from devices from before the device's last reboot. Supported on Android Enterprise Work Managed devices only. |
Android Debug | Retrieves bug reports (device logs, stack traces and other diagnostic information).

Agent Debug Report Zip | Retrieves bug reports on SOTI MobiControl device agent activity.
SOTI MobiControl stores the bug reports as a zip
folder that you can download.
