Documenting a Device Issue

Before you begin

Note: To use this feature, you must have SOTI XSight installed.

About this task

To report a device issue in SOTI XSight:

Procedure

  1. Select the device you want to create a ticket for, then select Report Incident in the Device Actions menu bar.
  2. Select Report Incident.

Results

SOTI MobiControl redirects you to your associated SOTI XSight instance with a pre-populated draft incident report containing device details.
