Apple Root Certificate
Use the Apple Root Service page to upload an Apple Inc. Root
certificate (a .cer
file) from Apple Certificate Authority. You must upload the Apple Inc.
Root certificate so that your device users can receive a list of OS versions from
Apple for their macOS devices and iOS devices. This occurs when you create an
enrollment policy that requires minimum OS version for compatible Apple devices.
Configuration Status | Displays the status of the Apple Inc. Root certificate. |
Issuer Name | The Apple Inc. Root certificate issuer's name. |
Uploaded Date | The day, month, year you uploaded the Apple Inc. Root certificate to SOTI MobiControl. |
Expiry Date | The day, month, year the Apple Inc. Root certificate is no longer valid, and you must upload another certificate. |
Modify | Note: This button appears only after you
successfully uploaded an Apple Inc. Root certificate.
