Disabling Devices
About this task
To temporarily disconnect a device from SOTI MobiControl servers:
Procedure
- Select the device(s) that you want to disable and, in the Device Actions menu bar, select More > Disable.
- If applicable, click the warning message at the bottom of the dialog box to see why some of the selected devices cannot be disabled.
- Click Disable.
Results
The device will not receive configuration changes or updates from SOTI MobiControl until it is re-enabled.
Tip: To enable a device, click Enable in the Device Actions menu bar.
