Synchronizing Files Between Devices and SOTI MobiControl
About this task
To immediately synchronize files between devices and SOTI MobiControl:
Procedure
- Select the devices whose files you want to synchronize and, in the Device Actions menu bar, select More > Sync Files Now.
- If applicable, click the warning message at the bottom of the dialog box to see why some of the selected devices cannot synchronize files with SOTI MobiControl.
- Click Sync Files Now.
