Checking Your SOTI MobiControl System Health

About this task

To inspect the overall health of your SOTI MobiControl system:

Procedure

Open the SOTI MobiControl Administration Utility and select the System Health tab from the menu on the left side of the window.
Click Test Now.
Green checkmarks indicate healthy components.
If any of the components fail, you can try to determine the issue using the other tabs in the SOTI MobiControl Administration Utility or you can contact SOTI Support. Otherwise, click OK.
