Clearing SOTI Hub Content from Your Devices

About this task

Note: This device action does not remove Mandatory Content from the device.

To remove all cached content in SOTI Hub app:


  1. Select the device(s) whose SOTI Hub content you want delete and click the Clear SOTI Hub Cache icon in the Device Actions menu bar.
    Click the More menu button to see the full device actions list.
  2. If applicable, click the warning message at the bottom of the dialog box to see why some of the selected devices cannot clear their SOTI Hub cache.
  3. Click Clear SOTI Hub Cache.


All downloaded content with the exception of mandatory files is deleted and the device user is logged out of the SOTI Hub app.
