Adding a new configuration

About this task

To add a configuration to SOTI Connect:

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, click the menu button and select Configurations.
    The Configurations view opens.
  2. Click New Configuration.
  3. In the New Configuration dialog box, fill in Name and Description.
  4. Select an option from the Device Type menu.
  5. Click the + button to add actions to the configuration.
    Note: Actions are applied in the order they appear in the Actions list. You can move actions in the list to change the order in which they are applied.
  6. When you are finished, click Save to close the New Configuration dialog box.

Results

The configuration you created for SOTI Connect is now listed in the right pane.
