Adding a User

About this task

To add a new user to SOTI Connect:

Procedure

  1. On the menu bar, click the menu button and select User Security.
    The User Security view opens.
  2. In the User Security view, click New User.
    The New User dialog box opens.
  3. In the New User dialog box, enter the user information.
    For information on the permission level associated with each user role, see User Roles.
  4. Click OK to close the New User dialog box.

Results

The user has now been added to SOTI Connect and can be viewed in the list of users.
