System Requirements

The system on which you want to install SOTI Connect must meet the following requirements.

General Requirements

  • Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, or Windows Server 2016

    Note: Windows 10 should have at least the Anniversary update.

  • .NET Framework 4.7

  • The user must have Administrator privileges.

  • The IT domain policies should allow a local administrator to open ports.

Database Requirements

  • SQL Server 2016 or SQL Server 2016 Express

    Note: The SQL Server user must have permissions to create, modify, and drop databases.

  • MongoDB 4.0

    Note: The MongoDB user must have permissions to create, modify, and drop databases.
