Get Started
SOTI Cloud Link connects on-premises enterprise services with SOTI ONE cloud applications like SOTI MobiControl or SOTI Identity. Depending on your enterprise environment, you can implement SOTI Cloud Link in one of several ways. Ensure that you comply with your company's policies and standards as you design your implementation.
Choose where requests originate
- An Inbound SOTI Cloud Link connection (sometimes referred to as SOTI Cloud Link Agent 1.0 or 2.0) receives all requests from our enterprise services.
- An Outbound SOTI Cloud Link connection (sometimes referred to as SOTI Cloud Link Agent 3.0) initiates requests to your enterprise services.
Important: Which SOTI Cloud Link Agent you can use depends on your SOTI ONE application. Read SOTI Cloud Link Agent Versions for details.
Choose how SOTI Cloud Link Agent interacts with your environment
In the default configuration of SOTI Cloud Link, the agent communicates directly with SOTI ONE applications and your enterprise services. Inbound SOTI Cloud Link Agent also supports two alternative communication strategies: load-balanced or reverse proxy.

Check System Requirements to make sure that your system meets the minimum requirements.
