SOTI Cloud Link Agent Versions
SOTI Cloud Link extends enterprise services to SOTI cloud services. Depending on your SOTI ONE application, you can install the SOTI Cloud Link Agent as either an inbound or an outbound connection.
Systems that use an outbound SOTI Cloud Link Agent connection start all application requests from the agent. Systems that use an inbound SOTI Cloud Link Agent connection pass SOTI ONE application requests to the respective enterprise service. This connection requires an open port (generally port 443) to communicate between the agent and your on-premises servers.
Note: Use the outbound SOTI Cloud Link Agent wherever possible to secure
connections.
