Deleting an Incident

About this task

What incidents you are allowed to delete depends on your role in the SOTI Assist group the incidents belong to. For details, see Roles Tab.

To delete an incident from SOTI Assist:


  1. On the incident dashboard, find the incident you want to delete. When you have found it, click on the incident to open it.
    The incident details view opens.
  2. At the top of the incident details view, click Delete.
    A confirmation message box appears.
  3. In the confirmation message box, click the Delete button.


The incident is deleted from SOTI Assist.
