Administrators
Use the Administrators page to define the System Administrators role. This role grants a user full access to the SOTI Assist functionality, including group management (see Managing Groups).
| System Administrator | Enter the name of the System Administrators group in the SOTI MobiControl instance SOTI Assist is associated with. |
| Default Ticket Creation Group | Select the default group for incidents created by System Administrators. |
