Finding Your Way Around SOTI Assist

Menu Bar

The menu bar that runs across the top of SOTI Assist contains linked items that enable you to:

• Create a new incident
• Return to the incident list page
• Log out

The menu bar also contains a menu button. Click the menu button to see menu items that enable you to:

• Return to the incident list page
• Change SOTI Assist settings
• Open the SOTI MobiControl console
• Open SOTI Assist Help

The right side of the menu bar identifies the username with which you logged into SOTI Assist.

Incident List Page

The incident list page is the first page you see when you log into SOTI Assist. The incident list page shows a list of the incidents that match the specified filter or search criteria. When you click on an incident in the list, the incident opens in the incident details page.

Incident Details Page

The incident details page shows all the information that has been entered for a particular incident.
