Checking Your SOTI MobiControl System Health

About this task

Inspect the overall health of your SOTI MobiControl system.

Procedure

Open the SOTI MobiControl Administration Utility and select the System Health tab from the menu on the left side of the window.
Select Test Now.
Green check marks indicate fully operational components.
If any of the components fail, you can try to investigate the issue using the other tabs in the SOTI MobiControl Administration Utility, or you can contact SOTI Support. Otherwise, select OK.
