Integrating SOTI Identity
About this task
To integrate SOTI MobiControl with SOTI Identity as an IdP:
Procedure
- In the SOTI MobiControl console, open the main menu in the top left and select Global Settings.

Configure the integration as required:
Enable SOTI Identity Turn on the toggle to make SOTI Identity your account's IdP. SOTI Identity URL Enter the SOTI Identity URL of your SOTI Identity account. Client ID Enter the client ID for your SOTI Identity account (generated when you added SOTI MobiControl to SOTI Identity). Client Secret Enter the client secret for your SOTI Identity account (generated when you added SOTI MobiControl to SOTI Identity). Compliance status [Read only] This displays the Targeted devices, Devices in Queue, and Last Synchronization details. The following data is available in the Global Settings when a compliance policy is assigned using SOTI Identity as a conditional access.
Note: The data is only available when at least one device is targeted.Targeted devices [Read only] Displays the total number of devices that have the compliance set with Set SOTI IdentityConditional Access action assigned to them. Devices in Queue [Read only] Displays the number of devices that have pending compliance status changes awaiting synchronization with SOTI Identity. When there are no devices to be synced, the value shows zero. Last sync [Read only] Displays the date and time of the last successful compliance status synchronization between SOTI MobiControl and SOTI Identity. When there is no last sync time the value is Not Applicable. Note: Select Refresh to update the data. - Select Save to save your settings.
Results
You have integrated SOTI MobiControl with aSOTI Identity account. The two products exchange data and communicate to stay synchronized. Any changes to users and their user roles in SOTI Identity are automatically reflected in SOTI MobiControl.
