Enhanced User Permissions

Control which users or user groups in your organizations can see or modify individual profiles, custom data items, and more with enhanced user permissions.

It can be tricky to create user access systems that provide adequate permissions to some users without simultaneously granting them broad permissions in areas irrelevant to their responsibilities. Enhanced user permissions allow you to define permissions at a more granular level, reducing the likelihood that uncoordinated parties make conflicting changes to SOTI MobiControl components.

Currently, these more granular user permissions are available to configure on the following features:

Profiles
Custom Attributes
Custom Data
User Management

Within these features, you can specify who can edit or even see their configurations. For example, you can allow all users to see the Profiles view but restrict who can edit specific profiles.
