Database

The Database section of the SOTI MobiControl Administration Utility allows you to view and modify the SQL database connection settings.

Database Connection Settings

Database Name Specifies the name of the database.
Server Name Specifies the name of the deployment server.

Log On to the Server

Authentication Option Select an authentication option:
  • Using Windows Authentication
  • Using SQL Server Authentication
User Name Specifies the user account.
Password Specifies the password for the user account.

Click Test Connectivity to verify the connection status. A green checkmark indicates it is functional.
