On Day 2 of SOTI SYNC, our customers and partners explored business-critical mobility alongside the evolution of today's technology through various keynotes and breakout sessions.
Today Carl Rodrigues, CEO and President of SOTI, kicked off the second day of SYNC with his keynote speech “Competing in the 21st Century.” Carl took attendees through the SOTI ONE Platform and demonstrated how organizations can transform their business operations by evolving with technology.
Following Carl’s opening speech, David Still, Managing Director of Android Enterprise at Google, took the stage in his keynote “Android for Enterprise today” to discuss enterprise features and the latest trends in the rugged device market.
Panels and Breakouts
SOTI's own John McElhone led the panel “The Perfect Match: Android and the Enterprise” with Android experts from around the world. The panel discussed the future of Android+ and how Android will be enhancing their business-critical mobility in enterprise management. Later on in the day in her session “Get your Head in the Cloud,” Zeina Gharzouzi explained best practices for migrating to SOTI MobiControl cloud, and how SOTI can bring order to the chaos.
As part of their growth and expansion across Europe, today SOTI announced the opening of a new office in Galway, Ireland. In its first phase, SOTI’s initial investment will create 50 immediate jobs, with a further 100 to be created over the next three years.
Fun at the Guinness Storehouse
In the evening, the SOTI team enjoyed a fun night at Ireland’s historical Guinness Storehouse to relax and explore Irish traditions.
