Add a Microsoft Authenticator SSO Payload (iOS/iPadOS)

Before you begin

You must have the prerequisite Microsoft Entra ID licenses. See Configuring Microsoft Authenticator Single Sign-On (iOS/ iPadOS) for details.

About this task

This is the first step in setting up Microsoft Authenticator SSO on iOS/iPadOS shared devices. Apply the Microsoft Authenticator SSO configuration using a Reactive profile to enable the required SSO behavior. See Configuring Microsoft Authenticator Single Sign-On (iOS/ iPadOS).

Procedure

  1. From the main menu, navigate to the Profiles view in the SOTI MobiControl web console.

  2. Create or edit a Reactive iOS profile. See Creating a Profile and Editing a Profile.
  3. On the Configurations tab, select Microsoft Authenticator SSO from the Security & Restrictions list.
