Device Inactivity Profile
Device Inactivity profiles are designed to manage actions on devices that remain inactive for a specified period. This feature is particularly useful for maintaining security, optimizing device usage, or providing engaging content during idle periods. The Device Inactivity profile enable administrators to configure certain behaviors when a device is idle.

Device Side Action
The available actions are Play Media, Enable App Cache Wipe and Enable Script Execution.

Select Add to set up a new event configuration, specifying the actions to perform if a device fails to connect with SOTI MobiControl within the designated time. Choose a script from the dropdown menu to implement the configuration. To create scripts, see Manage Scripts. Note: You can add multiple scripts under a single
payload. To delete a script, hover over the script name you want to
remove and select the Delete icon that
appears.
