# SOTI 2024 Year in Review: Moving Forward with Innovation, Inspiration and Collective Success

A constant for us inside SOTI is always change – a collective effort towards “Moving Forward” - ***together!***

2024 was another super-charged year fueled by rapid growth and innovation. While it’s impossible to name every achievement, here are some of the memorable highlights in our annual recap.

## **Customer Success**

Nothing makes us happier than seeing our customers succeed with SOTI technologies, and there was no shortage of examples that made us smile in 2024. Here are just a few.

## **SOTI World Tour and Other Events**

### **Inaugural SOTI World Tour**

In 2024, SOTI took its message to the world – literally! The first-ever [SOTI World Tour](https://sotiworldtour.com/) made stops in Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul and Chicago. At each stop, industry leaders, partners and customers came together to discuss the latest trends in Enterprise Mobility Management, share success stories and explore innovations together. The experience included top-tier training sessions, engaging keynotes and networking opportunities with technology leaders and professionals.

### **New Global Headquarters**

SOTI was also on the move in another way – into our new global headquarters in Mississauga, Canada. With 160,650 square feet of bright, airy and collaborative space, this new cornerstone of SOTI’s operations is home to 900 employees and a host of amenities, including an 8,000-sq. ft. conference center, fitness room, basketball court and modern cafeteria. We are looking forward to creating even more great technologies for our customers and partners in our new home!

### **SOTI Altitude Awards**

SOTI celebrated the achievements of our valued reseller partners at the 2024 [SOTI Altitude Awards](https://www.soti.net/resources/blog/2024/introducing-our-2024-soti-altitude-award-winners/) in November. The awards covered five categories and four regions across the world. Congratulations to the winners and a big thank you to all our partners who continue to push the boundaries of innovation and excellence!
